Cmd.exe.DLL Initialiation Failed

Hello,
Every time I turned on my computer I always received an error message" cmd."cmd.exe DLL initialization failed because station is shutting down"
i clicked ok and another one opened :
"at.exe DLL initialization failed because station is shutting down"
and just a seconds me computer shutdown automatically...
pls help me to fix this problem!!

hi there,

boot from your installation disk

and make a system repair this will replace the missing file

or right click on my computer >

system properties>

startup and recovery>

now disable automatically restart
