I cant burn a dvd

Hello, i am try to burn a dvd and it woulnt even load the blank dvd whats wrong with it and
how do i fix .
please some one help me.....could i be using the wrong dvds if so what should i use?

I cant burn a dvd
Dvd decoder - Download - CD and DVD
Dvd shrink - Download - CD and DVD
Roxio burn free download for windows 10 - Download - CD and DVD
Dvd drive repair - Download - Backup and recovery
Ubuntu mount dvd - Guide
