how can I connect or use my nokia mobile e63 net on my toshiba laptop..does I need to download any software?please briefly explain...thanks

Of course you will need a software to do that,

You will need Nokia PC suite,

Please download it here:

https://www.nokia.com/phones/fr_fr/support/

Install it then plug in your phone, select the Connect to internet option to get connected
