I need to know.. why when i put the HP PSC 1610xi All-in-One USB cord into my laptop it will not show it on my add printers & scanners file.. and when i go to add it and search the name in the 100's oh HP names it gives me... It's not in there either..

Dear Jennifer,

Please try adding a new printer and select the other HP printers that are available and see if it works.
