Laptop cant find network

Hello,
my new computer is a gateway and im trying to connet to a network and i just cant because it says "microsoft cannot find any networks " and every time i try to scan a network it sayis that again so if you had the same problem or if you already solve it or better know the answer please tell me at my email "yairnahuatt@rocketmail.com"

Dear Sir,

Please give more details about your problem. In the situation that you are setting a wireless network

please check out if the wireless is enabled. If you are setting it through cable, try check if

the cable is well plugged and if it is not damaged. This should solve your problem.
