Well my computer was running very slow i click into Hp health check. to see what was going on. so i saw i need to update a program (i forgot the program name or update name ahh) well the program start loading when it was about to start. it stop responding. so i cancled but when it was loading my computer was running slow and it lagging. the keypad wasnt working either. so i retryed downloading but it said/say it was already there. i had to restart my computer(it a laptop)so i did. but when it start up the screen is all dark and it wont loa up. i blame that new update. cuz i san my computer for virus everyday so if it was a virus i wont know. can someone help out or tell me whjat happend to my computer.
