The IC825C webcam

Hello,
I have a new micro webcam model # IC825C This particular model requires windows 2000/XP. My new computer has windows Vista. I have tried to install but the camera will still not work. Can this particular webcam model be used with windows Vista? If so, please help!!

Dear Sir,

It should be problem sourcing from the USB device.

Check whether the cable is not damaged, check the port too.

If you set up the USB settings correct, it should work.
