Hello,
my Sony Vaio, VGN-FW21M, crashed resently and I lost the Sony pakage of programs, that come with the computer, after I instaled Windows 7. How can I recover them, they wher deeleted

Dear Frank,

You will hence have to acquire new installation cds from Microsoft or its resellers.

It will be difficult recover information and files from a crashed PC.
