No fils fr3extrnl drvs nywhr on my mmry dtbs

Hello,
can anyone help me? I have three different disc drives installed in my external, but I can't find a file anywhere on my whole computer memory database. One disc drive is called ASUS 52x max, I don't know the name of the second disc drive all I know is that is a compact, disc, rewritable, ultra speed, 52x24x52x. The last is a DVD ROM compact, disc, rewritable, ultra speed. (note I have had these installed for quite some time, approximately 2 years.)
