Msn wont let me online

Hello,
my msn wont let me sign in its been like it for 2 days now! it keeps saying windows live messager cant sign you in, try later, and i keep trying and shutting down, HELP!

Dear Sir,

There could be a problem on your Messenger that you are using.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Still check out your connection settings.
