Hello,

I am looking for a way to password protect certain worksheets from viewing.

I have sales totals in one sheet and sales commissions in another. I want the "commissions" sheet to be password protected so that if anyone clicks on the bottom tab they will be prompted for a password.

Does anyone know if this requires VBA?

Dear Sir,

This is an easy thing to do. Get on the tools selecting options. You will

easily see a security settings. You will have to enter the password you

want over there.

Thank you.

Hello there,
Press ALT+F11 to goto VB Editor
select your sheet and then for its properties "visible" make it to xlsheetveryhidden
then password protect your VBA going to Tools>>VBA project properties>> Protection
