This is an easy thing to do. Get on the tools selecting options. You will
easily see a security settings. You will have to enter the password you
want over there.

Hello there,
Press ALT+F11 to goto VB Editor
select your sheet and then for its properties "visible" make it to xlsheetveryhidden
then password protect your VBA going to Tools>>VBA project properties>> Protection
