Cannot install new ink cartridge

Hello,
I have new ink cartridges for epson stylus DX7450, but cannot install. The cartridge loader will not move into the position for me to remove old cartridge. Anyone else had the same problem ? Help !!

Dear Bumble,

While you lift the cover, you should not change the

cartridge. Press the maintenance button for some seconds

until you see the cartridge containers come ahead.

You will then easily be able to change them.
