Get a page full of garbage symblas

Hello,
it will not let me get to facebook, keeps giving me a whole page of garbage symbals.... this is very annoying....
please give me an answer.... what is happening here?????

hi there,

open your browser

go to tools>

internet options>

on general tab

press on delete

this will delete cookies ,history and clear the cache

refresh the page then open your facebook
