Hello,

How are you?? My daughters PC has the same problem that you did, that is no desk top, not task bars or task manager. She is unable however to even start the thing in safe mode!!! Any ideas???

Dear Squid,

Everything all right, could you please specify the PC

is booting up and why you are unable to enter the

safe mode. Is the power cable well plugged, please

check it out.
