CD Drive open and clsing

Hello,
I have my cd rom drive tray which opens and closes by itself. Do you believe that it is because of a virus or malware?

how can i fix this problem?

hi there,

run an anti virus scan

then clean the lens

This same problem happened to my computer also, It was cd drive problem, I changed cd drive.
