Hello,
everytime i plug in the device a message pops up saying it's not compatible to microsoft whatever.what's the problem?how do i solve this?pls. help.i have the complete package, webcam & cd.what shall i do?ur help would be very much appreciated.

Dear Janloy,

It is simply that the camera does not fit the requirements 

of the PC. You should check if you have a requirements'

list in order to know what's wrong.
