Hello,
i have been trying to download a newer version of flash player .i start the download then a message comes up saying close google chrome how do i down load it every thing goes of on my computer i use google chrome as my browser

Dear Lesley, 

If you already have a version of Flash Player, it will be better to update it if you see that Google Chrome doesn't

allow you to download it. This will save you musch time. For fixing the problem, try deactivating your firewall

and download the specific software. It might be a possibility that the download is being blocked by the 

firewalls.
