Can't seem to figure why Ie Doesn't work Closed

Hello,
I can't seem to get IE working I have checked connections and am using wireless diagnostics said that no problem with connection.
I am thinking I need to change URL homepage it uses default but says something different on properties/connection how do I change that...?

Dear Techrick, 

You can change the home page through getting in the Tools and clicking in Options. You will be able to change it 

by typing the adress that you want. However I don't believe that it would be able to fix up the problem that you 

are having. I would hence be reccomending you to try another browser. This should solve the problem then.
