Hello,

do somedy have the file SKU011.CAB, my computer is asking me for this file but I dont have the cd's of Microsoft Officie Edition 2003.

Hi,

 In start / execute : Regedit 
 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Office > 11.0 > Delivery 
 You should have this key 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9 
 Clik on it and (at the right of your screen), right clik on CDCache key. 
and type 0 as new value

hey ppl I have this error and I can't do anything when I start my pc and login on to my acc  get a window and it start an installation of windows and I cant finish it. next I get a error and message that there is missing the file sku011.cab but I dont have the icons on the desktop and the start menu (bar) I cant do anything. but I have another acc and it works and I dont get that error there . can I fix it over that acc or what? pls help!!!

Watch out, this advice about editing the registry is bogus.

changing HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Delivery just produces a different error and really screws your system

i dont have the keys mentioned just HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 
but not the ones after  Delivery

What shall I do?

running XP with office 3000.
Loaded SP3 a week ago but the problem was the same before.

Please help me some one.

Just do what Cusco says, it worked in mine,
go to Start
If your using Vista in 'Start Search' or execute just type 'Regedit' + Enter
There will be window popped on screen, at right frame search in this sequence

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Delivery

You should have this key 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9
click on it and 

then go to the right screen or frame, right click on CDCache key.
and type 0 as new value 

You don't have to reboot, it will perfectly work on that

This is how to find SKU011.CAB or any CAB files related to Office 2003https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page  Professional. Insert the Office 2003 Professional CD. Open my computer, and right click on your CD drive. Then select "Explore" from the list. When the new window opens, left click on the "Tools" dropdown tab on the top on the new window that has opened. Then select "Folder Options" from that dropdown. The options window will now open. Then left click the tab at the top marked "View." A list will appear, then look for "Hidden files and folders" and select "Show hidden files and folders", left click apply and then "OK". Now try searching for the CAB file that your are missing. The "CAB" files should now be visible when you "explore" the Office 2003 Professional CD and open the "OFFICE" folder.
