Hello,
After following your instructions, I am still having a problem. Whenever I am trying to open my Microsoft Outlook it is showing an error 1311.source file not found:c:\MSOCache\all users\90000409-6000-11d3-8CFE-0150048383C9\E2561410.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Please inform me as to what I do for this issue!!

After following your instructions, I am still having a problem. I see theres problem with file with .CAB file extension
Maybe this site will help in this problem http://www.fileextension.org/CAB
