Actually Facebook team is having some maintenance issues on their web site and this
might be the reason why you are unable to have access to it. Still if you received a mail
from them saying that your account has been disabled, it means that you will no more be
able to access to your account. Well also consider checking whether facebook site has
not been blocked on your browser that you are using.
