Hello, my sony laptop doesnt want to get the password. i think its to long. what should i do

Dear Jessi,

If you are setting a password and you see that it is too long for the computer to accept it,

please try a shorter one and see whether it works. Nevertheless, you haven't given enough

details about the problem you are facing, please be more accurate in order for us to give

you a better solution.
