Phone needs decoding

Hello, I am Hawa S. Johnson i bought a cell phone from swisscom mobile switzerland and i live in Liberia, west africa. the phone has a restricted code which i donot know. Can you help me decode my phone. the phone is nokia 5130c-2 xpressmusic and the IMEI: 356053030258668

You will have to contact your network provider in order to solve the matter and to be

able to use the phone.
