Connecting IO Box to Switch without Patch Pan Closed

Question

Hello,
I have a 16 port unmannagrd Switch and SMB IO's 
I want to use SMB IO at one end RJ45 Connector at other end. 
At one end SMB IO is crimped with  Color Coding "A", what color coding should be used for RJ45 Connector at the other end(remember I am not using patch Pannel at 16 port switch end)?

crimp the RJ45 with whitegreen, green,white orange, blue, white blue,orange, white brown ,brown...
