Hello, Sir/Madam
an using compaq v6608au laptop but my dvd drive is not functioning and the DVD driver icon is disappear. So please how can i overcome this problem.

Dear Umesh,

Please carry out a virus scan to confirm whether your PC has not been infected.

This might be the reason for this icon to be dissapearing and reappearing.

If there is any virus, please remove it properly. This should solve the matter.
