The above is not found on my pc to continue running a programm - any help I am new to this forum and don't know if I am at the right place to ask this question

yes you are buddy but tell me have you recently removed a program or installed something? if you recently removed one and did not do it properly then youll have to reinstall the software previously and then uninstall it buddy..

if i removed a programme i don't know which - can i install the missing file from somewhere else - by the way thank you for your interest and help
