I need help! about my computer..

after i format my computer, my computer turns into Q!GW!TUW#!TY dang it! the graphics it becomes small and i can't even connect to the internet.. i don't know what to do!. do i have to install the driver/s?. i don't really know what to do.. i'm just a noob.. i just format my computer cuz it has a virus before but now i formatted it then it's really annoying cuz it becomes small.. i don't know what to do next after formatting my computer... i need help so bad! please tell me what to do!. help me brothers! i need help! before the display is 1024 by 768 pixels now it becomes 800 by 600.. i don't know what to do! i think i'm gonna be crazy! help, please!.
