Full RAM utilizing or not

Hello,
How can i make sure that my full RAM is utilizing or not? Actually i have recently installed 1GB RAM in my laptop. will it be working or not?

hi there,

press ctrl shift esc

task manager will open

go to performance tab

you will get the information needed

in task manager:
Total - available = RAM currently in use ?
and the Physical Memory mentioned here is in Kilo bits or bytes?
