Hello, I bought a black cartridge only, color was still full. I cannot print in black, only color, how do I get this printer to print in black again, Thanks, Pink

Dear Pink,

Please change the catridge settings. Please get to the Colour management and adjust the

printing options to the required settings.

This will fix up the problem.
