Pls can someone help with my matshita-dvd-ram-uj-850s-ata-device-driver.it doesn't read my cd/dvd and telling me error 39.

Dear Suji,

Please fix this problem by running regedit and getting to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SYSTEM> 

CurrentControlSet> Control> Class> {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}. Please delete the following 

from there: UpperFilters, LowerFilters, UpperFilters.bak, LowerFilters.bak. Please note that there may be some 

of these files that will not be listed. After doing these, please reboot the PC and have the solution fixed.
