Keyboad problem

Hello,
hello all,
my laptop keyboard(Fujitsu siemens), when I press a number it apears the simbol, that usually apears when the shift is pressed.

someone can help me?????

Dear Anna,

This is for the fact that some functions have been assigned to the specific key.

You will have to get to Symbols and remove all the existing shortcut key manually

for getting out of this trouble.
