NOT SUPORTED GPRS/WAP Closed

Question

Hello,
   I live in India.I was purchased a SIGMATEL S-30 mobile phone from HOME SHOPE 18 (sub agent Alpha Radios,Ch.Ch.,Delhi.My problem is the hand setis not working on WAP/ GPRS.because they not provide the manual with set.So I don't know how to feed the settings in mobile set. I send the phone company many times but they can't help to me,and one thing more mobile set not working properly with calculator.When i push - button he has devide,when push + button he multyply.Why?
   Sir Please send me manual of SIGMATEL S-30 phone.

hi there,

you need to contact the manufacturer for the manual booklet

and for the wap settings you must call your network provider they 

will guide you the steps for connection to internet

Sir,
I contact the service provider AIRTEL but he says they are settings provide to noted co. just like NOKIA SAMSUNG LG,SONY  etc.are automatically working that settings.but we have not settings for chinese phones.
they give me details...
