How do I get GPRS on my phone?Closed

Hello,
I have recently bought a Samsung Corby S3653 mobile phone in VIetnam, Ho Chi Mich City and it was great until one day suddenly, my GPRS stopped working for some reason... There is meant to be a blue icon with an E on it next to the memory card icon at the top.I dont know how to get internet back on my phone. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Dear Sir,

There might be some problems with its configurations, please contact the network provider to get the GPRS settings and get it activated properly. If still the problem persists, please get its firmware updated.

no need to ask service provider just get the correct URL,PROXY NUMBER AND CORRECT GPRS SETTING FOR Globe or SMART. any body has the knowledge of installing china phone games please share us thanks
