hi there,
open registry by typing regedit in run
locate the following:
User Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Internet Settings\Zones\3
System Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Internet Settings\Zones\3
Value Name: 1803
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value Data: now change it to 0 to enable, 3 to disable
