Conector LAN cable

my name's prima
I got a problem to set the LAN cable into the connector LAN, I don't know what should I do, should I put in the same cable color first or the strips one first?

If you are not sure about using straight through or crossover network cable to connect network devices, then I think this article can give you more ideas.
