Question

I have a NOKIA TV E71 and i need to synchronize Windows Vista can anyone tell me what PC suite or software i can use? I down loaded the latest PC suite from NOKIA but when i try to connect to the phone it does not authenticate the phone.

Dear Karlos, 

This could actually a clone issue. Please press *#06# and hence 

obtain the IMEI number. Then contact your network provider and 

request to obtain information about the manufacturer by prviding 

the IMEI. This will confirm about whether the phone is a genuine 

one. If it is not an original one, this will be the reason why you are 

unable to connect it by the use of the specific PC Suite.

Your cell phone is not original Nokia. It is a Chinese copy.This program is only for Nokia phones. So you can check whether the original. Each Nokia will recognize.
