This could actually a clone issue. Please press *#06# and hence
obtain the IMEI number. Then contact your network provider and
request to obtain information about the manufacturer by prviding
the IMEI. This will confirm about whether the phone is a genuine
one. If it is not an original one, this will be the reason why you are
unable to connect it by the use of the specific PC Suite.
