Computer will not come up

Hello,
I owned a gateway and it will not start I tried the alt + f10 and alt + f8 nothing work for me.
it look like it was coming on but no luck.

it asked if I would like the safe mod e or restored but still nothing. HELP HELP

Dear Sir,

Restoring it will be the best solution. Please restore it to a date where

you weren't having any problem at all. If it doesn't restore, you will have

to format it completely.
