Can any one help?

hi
my hp laptop hasnt been working for almost a year now and i dont know how to fix it! ive tried taking the battery out and holding down the power button for 30 seconds but nothing seems to work! any suggestions? thanks x

I think the battery cell is completely dead, first of all to be sure, try another battery in there...

hi there,

hav you checked it without the battery that is

connected directly from adapter?

its either your battery itself or the charger

test both of then and replace defective one
