Hi there,
this is caused by loose cable,cables not connected or bios value not correct
please check you cables connection in your system ,change is needed
or reset your bios and change the bios battery

thank you so mch for the suggesstion,,,
i already check and swap the ide cable, and battery even the power supply but it doesnt work .... but I didnt test reseting the bios ,, please help me how to reset bios ..... thanks

To reset bios, the easiest way it to take out and then put back in your bios battery on your motherboard. It looks like a watch battery and should be the only one there so it is easy to find. when you next boot it will ask you if you want to load default settings and say yes.
