Problems connecting to Mozilla Firfox

Hello,

I have windows vista but for no apparent reason I have been unable to connect to Mozilla Firefox although I can connect using windows explorer. Can anyone help?

you must clear the private date

including cache and cookies

press ctrl shift del

refresh or restart browser after
