Problems still installing Adobe flash 10.0 Closed

Hello,
 im sick of this uninstalling and installing, for some reason the directions you said ealier doesnt work for me, im compueter illiterate, so yeah only know certain things, so can u please tell me step by step, i have windows vista, and its literally annoying keep saying i have close firefox web browser in order to start downloading adobe flash player 10.0  thanks any help gladly appreciated.

Dear Sir, 

Remove the application by getting to Control Panel> Add/

Remove programs and select the specific application from 

the program list. Then click on remove button. 

Please consider getting to the below address and hence 

click on the Download button to get the application after 

having chosen the server to download it. Then get to the 

file and install it.
