Fill second dropdown from first dropdown

Hello,
i am having problem to fill dropdownlist in gridview if first is country than, i want to populate other with state which coressponded to the country.

Write a formula in cell f32 that outputs a date formatted as mm/dd/yyyy using the dropdown selections.
