HELP WITH PHONE PLEASE!!!

my name is junior i have a samsung instict sprint phone i turn it on and it works perfectly then it says loading.... and goes black but the light is still there you just can't see the wors and all the other stuff what is wrong with it if you can please help me e-emaiL me at

I think u need to do a factory reset on ur fone. if that dosnt work then back to the store for help. Gd lk!
