Help me on my compuer

Hello, please can someone tell me whats wrong and how to fix it any time i put a cd in it does not load why is that can someone respond please.

Dear Divine,

Please get to My Computer, right click on the cd and

select explore. This will open the cd.

hi there,

change the ide or sata cable for the cd drive

if still same then update firmware or change it
