FORGOT PASSWORD

Hello,
i bought an xbox live topup but cant use it because i have forgotten my windows live password. I used a different email address and password for the xbox live and never had to type it in untill now, when i tried to retreive it on the windows live web page it said they have sent me an email with insructions on how to reset the password but how am i meant to check this email when i dont know the password to this account.

hi there,

if you do not know the password of the other account

then reset it

go to hotmail/live webpage

then enter email login

then press on forgot password and get it reset
