can anyone help me? im trying to do my media work but on the drop down list 'filters' the artistic option is unhighlighted and i cant click on it. why wont it let me use it?

Dear Holly,

The application that you are using might be a demo version.

This is why there might be some missing features on it.

Please consider getting another version of the software.
