Hello,
I've a fake anti virus scan installed in my laptop. I cannot access anything! The desktop doesnt repont when i go to start and search and when i try to run a real anti virus it refuses to run.
This virus has taken a real hold. I've been trying to resolve all day. Please help...

Dear Sir,

Get the fake anti virus removed from the Add/Remove Programs from the Control

Panel and have a proper anti virus installed on the PC.
