Hello,
my computer doesn't recognize my jvc gz-mg130 how can i play my movies on my computer

Dear Jake,

Try connecting it to another PC first. Then get through

the following steps.

Please have the solution of the problem by turning it off.

Then connect it to the PC and turn it on. You will then have

to open the lens cover and connect device to get it

recognized. If still the problem continues, please have the

solution from the below link:
