Webcam not working

Hello,
i recently got a windows 7 laptop and purchased an Alba 1.3 MP mic and zoom webcam which i cant get working.... the software has installed but when i plug in the webcam it will not work. it said it is not digitally signed. i firstly ignored this and it wouldnt work. i then tried re-installing and still wont work. any advice???

hi there,

you must install compatible driver for your os

download it from manufacturer website

or install in compatibility mode
