Hello,
I having dell INSPIRON 1525 with "VISTA".my system having unexpected shutdown or It become crash when i m using any heavy website or any heavy software.

hi there,

please give more information

and have you cleaned the fan under the laptop?

when it shuts down is it hot ,very hot or normal temperature?

I have the same problem and yes it is hot where the fan is...what can be the issue...
